Next steps:

- Did you recently make changes to your home page? If so, experiment with rolling your changes back
- Did you recently add new (offline) ad campaigns with changed messaging or significantly increased reach? If so, your new audience may simply not as targeted to your offernig or there may be a mismatch in expectations.
- Ask Unica NetInsight: Are certain web browsers less likely to complete? Check for unusual site errors
- Ask site performance tool: whether the site is responding slower than usual?
