- Ask your social media monitoring tools: Is there increased negative chatter about you or the products that you are having difficult selling? Or was there a decrease in positive chatter?
- Ask your social media monitoring tools: Is there increased positive chatter about your competitors or competing products?
- If you are using product reviews, blogs, or forums on your sites, check whether recent postings for key products have been negative?
- Work with marketing and/or customer services to counter act
