  • Ask Unica NetInsight and your SEO ranking tool and : Did your rankings slip, either on average or for your keywords that used to bring highest volume?
  • If not, ask keyword research or competitive intelligence tools: did search volume on your most important keywords go down?
  • Regardless of the above, ask your competitive intelligence tool whether competitors' share of critical keywords have gone up? (e.g. if competitor launched a big ad campaign they can get an increase in clicks even if rankings didn't change)
