Thanks for asking about me! You see, I am a big fan of marketing metrics and an evangelist for the use of intelligent software solutions in the hopes of creating more successful businesses with more satisfied customers.
I am also an evangelist and product marketer for Contentsquare’s Digital Experience Analytics solution. Joining a highly energized team I am here to help our customers turn behavior into better business.

  • Before Contentsquare, I worked at Clicktale who were acquired by Contentsquare in 2019
  • Earlier, I worked at Lyris – the Connected Customer Communications solution. Lyris was acquired by Aurea software in 2015.
  • Prior to Lyris, I have been in IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management group for over 11 years as an evangelist for the digital analytics and marketing optimization solutions. Came into IBM via their acquisition of Unica and Coremetrics.

I got my start by developing analytical enterprise applications at business intelligence software vendor MicroStrategy. It was through the great people of MicroStrategy that I received my professional introduction to business intelligence and data warehousing practices.
